General Sales Conditions
STUDY HOLIDAYS
In case of different language level of the participants, the school may decide to divide the course into smaller groups, reducing its duration, as indicated in the Price List available on our Study Holidays page.
A cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded: the amount paid will be valid for a subsequent course within the next 12 months.
For cancellations not due to the lack of entry documents, the amount paid will not be refunded but it wil be valid for a subsequent course within the next 12 months.
In all cases, TLA will not refund any expenses incurred, bank charges and exchange rate difference.
National Holidays
The school does not hold classes on the national holidays. Missed lessons will not be compensated or made up for.Visa Support
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application, including your letter of acceptance (if required).Flights and Airport Transfer
Please note that we do not book flights for our students. If you are researching airfare costs, we recommend you use a search engine that lets you compare flight options from your home country to Arezzo based on your budget, schedule and preferences.Travel Insurance
When you book a course with us, we recommend you to purchase in advance an international insurance plan that covers not only your health care cost but also any loss of your personal belongings.Terms & Conditions
As soon as we receive your deposit, we will confirm your registration and your accommodation, if requested. Course Cancellation Policy
For cancellations due to the lack of any type of entry documents to the Country, a written notification and receipt of relevant supporting documentation must be presented to Tuscany Language Academy at least 60 days before the arrival date listed on the booking confirmation form. Upon receipt of relevant supporting documentation, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded.A cancellation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded: the amount paid will be valid for a subsequent course within the next 12 months.
