HOMESTAY
Staying with a family is the best way to practice in real life what you learn during your Italian lessons! Our host families are usually single people or couples who rent rooms to foreign students and welcome the opportunity to get to know them.
You can choose from:
Rooms with shared bathroom (for 1 or 2 persons):

> PRICE WITH BREAKFAST (per person/week)

> PRICE WITH HALF BOARD (per person/week)

Please note:

• Limited housing availability: failing that, please choose another solution from those proposed below;
• Half board: breakfast and dinner;
• Room cleaning and linen change: € 75,00 one-time fee;
• Bed linen and towels are changed every 2 weeks;
• Breakfast and meals are included in half board only;
• Kitchen is not available for own use;
• All rooms are non-smoking;
• The WiFi service is available in most homes;
• Families are located in the City Center or in close proximity (within 15 to 20 minutes walk from the school);
• Housing check in: Sunday afternoon before the start of the course, from 2pm to 10pm. For arrivals after 10 pm there is an extra charge of 25 Euro. Different arrival or departure days on request;
• Transfer to apartment is not included;
• Host families are totally independent of our school. TLAcademy is only an intermediary between the applicant and the host. The school is therefore relieved of any responsibility or problems that may arise during the stay;
• In exceptional circumstances, TLAcademy also reserves the right to change the preferences indicated for accommodation if they are no longer available;
• For all accommodations: you will be required a deposit of € 100,00 to have a copy of the keys to the apartment. The deposit can only be paid in cash upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure when you give back the keys.

SHARED APARTMENT
If you are only looking for a room with shared use of the kitchen, we can help you find a solution that fits your needs and budget. Wifi internet included. Room cleaning upon departure and 1 linen change included (sheets, blankets and towels). Conditions may vary depending on the facility you have chosen.

    Room cleaning and linen change: € 75,00 one-time fee
 
Please note:
